The Humptulips was
running at 600cfs very clear and
on a slow drop.
The fishing pressure was very light and it was a good thing
because there did not seem to be many fish around. We had to work at it harder then I would have liked, but we
were able to catch some very nice silvers. Most of our fish were caught while fishing egg and bobbers .The Chehalis was at 2,800 cfs and slowly dropping, even with the low flows the water was still very dirty with only about 2 feet of vis. The overall fishing was fair we hooked 6 nice bright silvers while casting spinner and saw a few others caught.
With this latest blast of rain that came in Sunday the steelhead fishing should be good for the next few days.
