The fishing was very good on the humptulips this week there are lots of kings and
thousands of chum in the river.
We had our best results with eggs but we also did very well with jig
and bobbers and also caught a few on spinners.
There will be fresh salmon coming into the Humptulips till mid-December
but the river has been temporarily close to salmon fishing due to a lack of Coho.
I will be shifting my efforts to the forks area rivers for
now, but there is lots of rain on the way so the hump could reopen if the Coho
come in.
