The overall fishing was excellent.
The weather was less then prefect on Sunday ( windy and choppy
with some fog) but the fishing was well worth the added effort
We had very fast action, for
halibut, lingcod and rock fish. The fishing could not have got much
faster.
The Westport, deep water halibut and lingcod seasons are
over for the year, but the near shore lings and bottom fish will be open till October
and the mid water lings will be opening june 16th
