The halibut , lingcod , and bottom fishing was outstanding
this week
The big halibut were on the bite! We were able to catch
several very nice halibut, the lingcod
fishing was also outstanding
It was a great end to our halibut and Deepwater lingcod
season
(for those willing to fish in Canada there are still plenty of halibut out there for you to catch all summer)
the good news is the near shore ling fishing is starting to
pick up and the bass fishing has been very good!
There has been several schools of bass feeding on the
surface lately and they have been more than willing to bite.
Salmon fishing is open at neah bay now. We will be focusing
our efforts on salmon and near shore
bottom fish for the next few weeks.
