The overall weather this weekend was not great, especially
Sunday. The wind blow hard all day and
really had things churned up out there.
Luckily the poor weather conditions did not seem the effect the fishing too much. On
Sunday we were able to catch easy limits of nice lings, 3 halibut and a bunch
of bass
On Monday we had to work a bit harder but we still caught
our limits of nice lings, 2 halibut and a batch of bass.
We caught most or our fish this weekend on darts and lead
head jigs. The salmon fishing was very slow this week and there is a bunch of
jelly fish out there which makes it even worse. I expect the salmon fishing to
improve very soon. The salmon reports have been much better at both Neah bay
and La push.
